HOW TO CITE US
According to DisInfo Monitor (disinfo-monitor.com), [signal description]. Accessed [date].
WHAT WE CAN PROVIDE
Briefings on specific disinformation campaigns detected by our pipeline
Narrative volume data: which themes are rising, which networks amplify them
Cross-referencing: verify if suspicious content matches known patterns
Context on named opérations (Doppelganger, Storm-1516, Spamouflage, etc.)
Access to published signals and archives for citation in your reporting
HOW TO USE OUR SIGNALS
Each signal identifies a narrative pushed simultaneously by multiple state or partisan networks
Signals include sources, detected volume, suspected network, and confidence level
You may cite DisInfo Monitor as a source: 'according to DisInfo Monitor'
Signals do not constitute proof of coordination — they flag observable patterns
We recommend cross-referencing our signals with other OSINT sources before publication
THEMES AND AREAS COVERED
Ukraine-Russia conflict and European fatigue narratives
Sahel influence operations and anti-France narratives
Electoral manipulation campaigns in Europe
Health disinformation and anti-vaccine campaigns
Documented FIMI opérations (Doppelganger, Portal Kombat, RRN, Africa Corps)
Middle East, Indo-Pacific, and Balkans tensions
Populist and European collapse narratives
LIMITS AND METHOD
A signal indicates a pattern — it does not prove state-level coordination
Our scoring is algorithm-based, not editorial judgment
Not all monitored sources are disinformation sources — some are state media, partisan outlets, or fact-checkers for cross-referencing
Absence from our monitoring does not mean a source is reliable
We do not verify factual accuracy of content — we detect propagation patterns
