Detection

In early April 2026, a fake site impersonating Euronews publishes a fabricated article accusing Péter Magyar of having insulted Donald Trump. On April 6, another site created the same day publishes that he allegedly cooked his children's puppy in a microwave.

Cross-verification

The claim is checked against Euronews (the real one), Clemson Media Forensics Hub, gnida project and the DSA Transparency Database. The article is identified as a Storm-1516 fabrication.
